Mitel Connect is the software application that pairs with our ShoreTel phones. Mitel Connect enables logged in users to manage calls and voicemails on their screen rather than phone.
If you have not previously been provided with login details for Mitel Connect, or require additional assistance, please contact the ITS Service Centre.
Reception and shared workstations will need to use the generic username/password you have been provided by IT Services, and enter the server for the applicable site.
