Student Printing

  • Students receive $10 printing credits at the start of their program and each successive year.
  • Student printing on all campus locations is 10 cents per page for Color/Black and white (B&W).
  • By default all campus printers print in duplex.


Students may add printing credits using the following options:

  1. On campus via the Bookstore and/or Library; bring your Student ID card and a form of payment.
  2. On campus by logging into a Selkirk College lab computer and selecting the 'Details' button on the Papercut client pop-up. Proceed by adding printing credits using your debit/credit card. See instructions below:
  3. At home by using their favourite web browser and going to papercut.selkirk.ca. Log in using your student network username (firstnamelastname) and password, then proceed by adding printing credits using your debit/credit card.


Adding Print Credits Online with Credit Card

  1. Located in the top right corner of the screen you will see the Papercut widgit
  2. Click on the "Details" located in the bottom right portion of the that window
  3. The Papercut Web page will open
  4. Login using your Windows login credentials
  5. Click on "Add Credit" on the left pane of the window
  6. Click on the "–Select the Amount--" window in the middle of the screen and select the desired amount
  7. Click on the "Add Value" button
  8. Fill in the appropriate credit card information for your Visa or Mastercard
  9. Click on the "Process Transaction" button
  10. You may print the receipt at this time
  11. Verify the payment was successful by clicking on the "Transaction History" on the left pane
