The IT Service Desk is manned by a team of agents that are located on three campuses.  Service Desk Services for Trail, Grand Forks, Kaslo and Nakusp can be utilized through email or phone.

The Service Desk is open Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 4:00pm.

You can call the Service Desk at 1 844 304 6500 from outside the college or at extension 55255 from within the college.

You can submit an IT Ticket by visiting the request portal here
