1. Login to Unit4.

  2. Under “My Employment” > “Start Pages”, click on "Absences".

     

  3. Click on "Approved"

           

        4. Click on line item that you would like to edit.

           

        5. The absence will open in a new screen that looks like the standard absence request screen. Using the fields on the left, make any necessary adjustments. 

         


        6.  When you are done making your changes, click the Send for approval button at the bottom. This will re-start workflow and send to your supervisor for approval. 

         


If you are trying to make a change to an absence that has already occurred, you will need to reach out to your payroll officer via email. Thanks!
