Changing your password from the Moodle site:

  1. From the breadcrumb bar, right side, use the drop down menu to select "Preferences

Set up responses:

  1. Here you can manage the following items:

    1. Change Password

  • Setup Responses - Setup your security questions.  This is important!
  • Retrieve a Forgotten Password -  provided you have setup your Responses (security questions).
        • Click on

  • Log in with your User-name and Current Password
  • Fill in the form
  • Save Responses
  • Change Password

        • Enter new password
        • Enter new password a second time

          Password Criteria:

        •   Your new password must

     have
        •  include:

          • a minimum of 8 characters
          • 1 or more
    uppercase,
          • UPPERCASE character
          • 1 or more lowercase character, and
          • a number or symbol

        • Passwords can also be changed by:

    (1)
          1. logging into a computer on campus, or

    (2)
          1. using the Webmail system 

      1. Setup Responses (security questions): Important - required for password reset when forgotten.
        • Click on the text "Setup Responses"
        • Log in with your User-name and Current Password
        • Fill in the form
        • Save Response

      2. Retrieve a Forgotten Password - this will only work if you have completed the security questions in the previous step.
